Want to learn to cook healthier? Make guilt free desserts? Improve your skills in the kitchen? OR Are you afraid of your kitchen? Don’t know how to use your stove? What is a skillet?
Are these questions you often ask yourself? Learn how to make healthy foods that look and taste even better than their non-healthy counterparts. You’ll be able to identify, buy, prepare and store the organic and seasonal ingredients that will revamp your menu. With confidence and ease, you will be cooking mouth-watering, restaurant-worthy dishes that everyone will love. (We won’t tell them they’re healthy!)
Healthy Inner Beauty can customize a class to meet your needs and put healthy meals back on your plate. Classes take place in the comfort of your own home.
1 or 2 students: $257 plus the cost of groceries
For groceries, you will be given a detailed shopping list prior to class to make sure that you have the necessary groceries on hand. If you don’t have time to do the shopping, we can do it for you. ($60 per hour + grocery reimbursement.)
